DON BOSCO NURSERY & PRIMARY SCHOOL LOURDES SHRINE

Our Don Bosco Nursery & Primary School was established in the year 1969. We celebrated the Golden Jubilee of our School in the year 2019. We are gifted with a team of 16 teaching and 3 non teaching staff. The school strength for this academic year 2024-2025 is 359.We have classes from Pre-KG to STD-V. Every day we begin with the morning assembly which includes prayer, reading the Word of God and prayer song by the students. Special assemblies are conducted class wise.First Friday mass is conducted for the Catholic students and teachers. There are regular Catechism and Moral classes for our students.For the holistic formation of the students various club activities like Yoga, Silambam, Spiritual, ECO, Art & Craft, English Literary, Tamil Literary, Children’s Parliament, Choir and Band are conducted for the students on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.Students are also sent for inter-school competitions to exhibit their talents. There are regular parents meetings at the beginning of every term.
